Welcome to Limitless X Mindsets. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of limitlessxmindsets.com (the "Site") and our products. By using our Site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.
We provide a digital Habit Tracker for Excel and Google Sheets, along with a complimentary Weekly To Do and Task Tracker. Products are delivered digitally by email and accessed via a link and access guide. A free Google account is sufficient to use the product; no paid software is required.
The Habit Tracker is sold as a recurring monthly subscription of $2.99 (a discounted price; the regular price is $19.93). Your chosen payment method will be charged automatically each month until you cancel. The final amount charged may vary slightly if your country applies taxes or fees on international transactions.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing contact@limitlessxmindsets.com. All sales are final and non-refundable, as set out in our Refund Policy. Cancelling stops all future charges.
When you purchase, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal use. You agree not to resell, redistribute, share, copy, or publicly post the product or its access materials. Doing so may result in termination of your access without refund.
All content on this Site and within our products — including the templates, designs, text, and graphics — belongs to Limitless X Mindsets and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use it except as expressly permitted under these Terms.
Our products are provided "as is" to support you in building habits and discipline. We do not guarantee specific results, as outcomes depend on your own consistency and effort. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our Site or products.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
